Nineteen walkers and one dog came on our Saturday walk from Newbourne.
The Met Office had warned of plunging temperatures but instead it was a relatively warm 3–4 °C for most of the day.
Hemley Church provided welcome shelter for lunch, and we met another IOG member there who joined us for the afternoon walk.
The Fox at Newbourne tempted us with refreshments before we headed back to the car park.
