Grey and damp skies did not deter the 12 hardy souls who enjoyed our 10-mile Hadleigh walk.
A few understated signs in the car park warned that the parking bay lines were due to be repainted and threatened fines for anyone parked there after 4pm. We were confident that we would be back before then and headed off into the drizzle.
